Bacon and Potato Cake
My 9 year old son had a school project about World War 2 and one of the things was about rationing and how they made the food go further with so little. As he learned about using what you have grown to make the rest go further he asked if we could make some of the recipes and try them. He made these for the family breakfast and I have to say he did a good job.
